- We only accept returns on items which are in a resalable condition. These items must be unopened and unused with all manufacturing tags and packaging intact including tamper resistant seals.
- All items must be returned within 7days with an explanatory note which should include your order or invoice number.
- We do not accept returns for promotional, discounted, or sale items.
- Shipping and handling are not refundable.
- Customer is responsible for shipping and handling charges for any exchange and return.

Canceling and Modifying orders
Before you place your order, you can view the contents and the total amount in your shopping bag.
- It is very important that you review your order including the breakdown amount, quantity and shipping method before submitting the order.
- Once your order has been submitted successfully, the order will be in “processing” status.
- Your order is then sent to our warehouse, entering the shipping process almost immediately.
- The only time that you may cancel or modify your order is during the processing stage.
- We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse any order in which we suspect is fraud.
- Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of the order or our offer to sell.
- We reserve the right, without prior notification, to accept or decline your order or limit the order quantity for any reason.
- We may require, at our option, that any order placed over certain amounts receive our pre-approval. We also may require additional verification information (such as copy of Driver’s License or Passport, and/or copy of credit card used) before accepting any order.
