Delivery within Lagos takes between 1-2 working days, outside Lagos takes between 2-5 days, depending on the location.

Yes, your parcel can be delivered to an office address. After placing your order, fill the required field with the address of your choice. Your parcel will be delivered to the address sent to us.

Please note, in the rare case where your parcel has been lost (for outside Lagos deliveries), we will notify you and rectify the issue as soon as we can. If after 7 days, your parcel has not been found, we will issue a refund.

Lookit Face and Fashion has three payment options to choose from: Online Payment using your Debit card through our secured Paystack Payment Gateway, Bank Transfer and Cash On Delivery. Please note that Cash on Delivery is currently only available within Lagos. All orders outside Lagos have to be paid for through debit card online payment or Bank transfer/Deposit.

Yes. Orders can be cancelled before they have been shipped. Once a Lookit Face and Fashion representative calls to schedule delivery and your parcel has been picked up by our Courier Company, it would be too late to cancel your order.
